Tri-Town Teachers Credit Union wants to do our part in helping to minimize health risks from the COVID-19 outbreak. The health and well-being of our members, employees and community is our top priority.
Effective March 20, 2020 in compliance with CDC guidelines, we are temporarily closing our lobby until further notice. However, while our lobby is closed, we are still here to provide the service you have come to expect. We are here to answer your phone calls, take deposits through the drop-off slot located on the side of our building, withdrawals, and any other banking services you require. Also we offer other convenient ways to make deposits, such as… Remote Depositing from your Smartphone, mobile/online banking, transferring funds between financial institutions, and regular mail.
Should you want a cash/check withdrawal, please call us ahead of time and we will be happy to conduct your transaction and have it ready for you. Other ways you can access your funds is by using your Tri-Town Teachers Credit Union’s debit card to withdraw cash at any of the free Allpoints ATMs located throughout the region. Likewise, you can also use your debit card, or Visa Credit Card at any point of sales terminal when purchasing items at any store.
Also, to help our members with loans who may be financially impacted during this time, we are offering a one-time “skip-a-payment” for the month of April 2020. As with other skip-a-payment requests, please fill out the form and submit by April 10, 2020.
Please know, as we take on the challenges together, Tri-Town Teachers Credit Union is here for you. We will continue to monitor events and adjust our operations as necessary with the sole purpose of protecting our credit union family.
