Over the past year, out of concern for the health of our members and staff, we decided to close access to inside Tri-Town Teachers’ office at 61 Jesup Rd. This was a big adjustment for our members, and we would like to say Thank You for your understanding and patience during this unprecedented time.
Beginning April 12, 2021, we will open our office to the membership by appointment only. This will be the first step in returning to “business as usual”. We encourage members to continue to utilize our Mobile, Online Banking and the side-door for transactions such as, deposits and withdrawals.
For members who request an appointment to come into the branch, we have taken the following precautions:
- Occupancy – Due to the small size of the lobby, we will limit appointments to only one member at a time.
- Masks – Due to the Stay Home, Stay Safe Executive Order, we are requiring our members to wear a mask while in the branch. Our staff will also be wearing masks.
- Newly Installed Plexiglass Shield – We installed a new Plexiglass Shield at the Teller-line for the protection of our members and staff.
- Sanitation – Hand sanitizer will be available.
Please be assured that as we move forward we continue to take safety measures in our office to do our part in slowing the spread of COVID-19 in our community.
